I ordered a fire on 16th May which stated that delivery time would be within 7-14 days. But after 9 days I still hadn’t received any details about when the item would be delivered despite calling them THREE times.
When I finally spoke to someone by the name of Sham, he could not guarantee when the item would actually be delivered. In light of all this, i felt very let down and requested a full refund.
Sham promised to issue me with a full refund by the next day however he LIED. I never received a refund as promised or heard from the company again despite trying to contact them numerous times to resolve the situation.
In the end I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal. The company even refused to respond to them so thankfully PayPal stepped in and 3 weeks later they recovered my money from the sellers account.
My advice to anyone reading this is R.U.N!!! And if you are crazy enough to purchase anything from this cowboy company please use PAYPAL! Had it not been for PayPal i doubt that I would have received my refund.
